Hello,
I'm facing a weird issue with my computer: it's booting, and rebooting, and rebooting again endlessly. Sometimes it runs for a full minute, but the screen stays black and it seems it can't reach the BIOS. The fans are spinning, the case LED is on, then everything shuts down and reboot again. This started yesterday in the evening, just after I had à "Bad Pool Header" BSOD.
Here are my specs:
I did a lot of tests to find where this problem come from, everything I can do with what I have at home I think:
Note that I don't have any speaker, either on the MBs or on the case. So I can't diagnose anything with beeps it could make. But, and especially with the ASRock MB, it sometimes seems that the CPU fan is having trouble to start, it runs at really low RPM for two or three seconds, then shuts off completely for one, and start again at full power. I could be wrong, but I believe it happens only on cold boot, and never when the computer is already stuck in the boot loop for a while. I don't know if it's even important, but at least you'll know.
I think I did'nt forget anything, and I'd like to have your opinion or some advices. If you think of other tests I could make, I'll be happy! And, in case you ask: unfortunately, no, I don't have any friend nearby who as a compatible computer so I can tests some parts on his. Thanks in advance!

Here are my specs:
- MB: AsRock H87 Pro4
- CPU: Intel Core i7 4770k @ 3.5Ghz (non-OC)
- GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 770 Phantom 2Go (OC by Gainward)
- PSU: Corsair TX650W (quite old, this one, but I have another PSU from BeQuiet which I sent for repair two weeks ago)
- RAM: G.Skill NT Series 16Go (2*8Go) DDR3 1600Mhz CL11
- Case: Antec P280 Black
I did a lot of tests to find where this problem come from, everything I can do with what I have at home I think:
- I tried to do an unsuccessful clearCMOS with the jumper, so I removed the mobo's battery for more than an hour for the same results.
- I tried every single RAM stick, one by one, on every single port, then I replaced them with 2*2Go Corsair XMS3 DDR3, nothing new.
- I checked every cables, and even replaced the PSU 3pin cable.
- I unplugged everything, letting the MB alone with the CPU, the PSU and a monitor (DVI or HDMI, tried both), with or without SSD, with or without RAM : nothing new, again.
- I did the tests again with another graphic card (in case the MB's chipset was not working), a PNY GeForce 460GTX.
- I did the tests again, with the MB out of the case. Not working.
- I built an "emergency computer" with some old (but working) components I found (Gigabyte GA-P41T-D3P, Core2Quad Q6660, 2*2Go Corsair XMS3, 460GTX), so I can test the PSU on it, and after thirty seconds of nothing but the fans spinning, I got something on my monitor and the computer was working! At this moment I thought it was either the MB or the CPU that caused these issues and I went to bed.
- In the morning, I tried again my new-old working computer with my GTX770 and my 2*8Go G.Skill RAM (one by one), and it failed, just like the other one. Same symptoms, and now, even with only the MB/CPU plugged to the PSU, both of my computers won't run to the BIOS. Now I think the PSU could be the cause, and seriously dying (as it's quite old), but I have no tool to measure voltages, and my other PSU, as said, is currently with BeQuiet's guys in Germany for repair.
